This exhibit derives its name from 617 Piety Street, which is where the original exhibit took place. There are five installations in the exhibit and they all share a reference to New Orleans in the immediate post-Katrine era, and some deal directly with the aftermath of the flooding and its effect on families, homes and neighborhoods.
