Preview Dinner - Tour de Champagne Boston February 26, 2009

A champagne preview dinner will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 6 PM at The Charles Hotel. Join Chef Jody Adams of Rialto Restaurant, Chef Peter Davis of Henrietta’s Table, Pastry Chef Danny Angelopolis of The Charles Hotel, special visiting Chef Ryan Hardy of The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado and Rowan Jacobsen, author of The Geography of Oysters and winner of a James Beard Award for “A New England Shellfish Dinner featuring Oysters & Champagne.” All-inclusive tickets are $125 and include a champagne and oyster reception and four-course New England shellfish dinner.
