Ride your bicycle to the Rocky Steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art at 11.30PM on Tuesday. At 11:45 sharp we push off, and ride to get pretzels on Washington Ave, in South Philadelphia. We storm the streets as a huge swarm, stopping traffic in their tracks. This, and every Tuesday. Forever.
