WHERE: Meet at The Spire, north of the Arguello Gate (access via short dirt path just past the golf course parking lot).

The transformation of the Presidio is accelerating, and changes to the forests, natural areas, architecture, and bike paths are worth a close-up look. This tour of the Presidio's backroads is led by a Natural Areas program volunteer and SFBC member. Easy ride on pavement - be prepared to ascend twice to the Presidio's ridge line.

The SFBC's Cultural History tours and Recreational Rides are free for SFBC members (a $5 donation from non-members is appreciated). Rain cancels rides. Email dale987@gmail.com for questions.
