Not yet twenty years old and already recognized as "a talent in a million" (Gramophone), Lise de la Salle is surprising audiences and critics with her superb artistry and engaging personality. In August of 2005, she received Gramophone's "Recording of the Month" for her recording of works by Bach and Liszt. Classical Repertoire calls her "not a young prodigy, but a true artist." For the UW World Series, De La Salle will perform works by Beethoven and Schumann.
