The Canadian Club of Chicago welcomes Ms. Boutin, who will be speaking about the Governor General Medals for Excellence in Canadian Architecture. This medals program was originally started by Governor General Vincent Massey and are presented in an elaborate ceremony bi-annually at Rideau Hall in Ottawa by the sitting Governor General.
