President Barack Obama will appear at a rally at the Carillon in Byrd Park as part of a two-day, six-state tour this week. Doors open at 9 a.m. for the event, which is free and open to the public, but tickets or an online RSVP is required.

Tickets are available at http://va.barackobama.com or can be picked up starting Tuesday, and on Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the campaign offices in Richmond at 408 E. Main St. or 617 E. Belt Ave.; the office at Virginia Commonwealth University, 935 West Grace St.; or one of two offices in Henrico County at 2720 Enterprise Parkway, Suites 103 and 105, or 4719 Nine Mile Road.
