This 2-hour class will cover basic canning principles and the proper use of equipment. It’s not rocket science, but there are a few terms to learn. Once you’ve mastered them, you will be able to preserve your harvest in a nutritious and safe way. There is a $20 fee for this class, which starts promptly at 10:00am.
