Mark will conduct a 2-hour class on safely preserving your fruit and vegetable harvest by canning it. This class will cover the basic principles of home canning, the proper use of equipment, and will touch on pickling, as well. There is a $20 fee for this class, which starts promptly at 10:00am, and each attendee will receive a coupon good for 25% off canning supplies here at the store.
