Preschool Spanish @ SPARK! February 23, 2009

This is a very unique program at Spark Enrichment designed to introduce preschoolers to Spanish through song and picture books. Language acquisition comes so easily at young ages, and Spanish is so widely spoken. So why not give children the advantage to function in today's bilingual world by familiarizing them with the sounds of Spanish and introducing them to basic vocabulary and expressions through song and picture books. We will tap into their natural ability to learn and spark their curiosity to set the stage for successful second language acquisition. Plus, by doing it through song, children are exposed to the elements of music (rhythm, melody and harmony) to make this a very fun and meaningful program.
