As much as many of us don't like to think of it, each one of us is going to die. Please join Heart of Wisdom Zen Temple for five enlivening classes over five weekends that will help destigmatize and demystify dying and death.
About this series:
Most of our fear arises from fear of death. An essential part of spiritual practice is to face the fact of our inevitable death and to prepare for it. To do this can be a gift to our family and friends. These classes will include meditations on death, writing advance directives, learning about the biological facts of death and Buddhist funerals, and also a few compelling videos.
Classes are March 28th, April 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th.
