Yoga is an excellent exercise during pregnancy. It helps to soothe aches and pains, and reduces stress. Women must be 14 to 30 weeks pregnant at the first class and may continue until they go into labor. Bring a yoga mat, two pillows and water. Please get approval from your OB/GYN or midwife before attending this class and bring a signed waiver which you can download from mamasteyoga.com.
