And joy is not an emotion, although there can be a joyful emotion. I am going to give you the deepest definition there is. Because what you’re used to hearing, what you’ve been told from numerous sources—you’ve heard it your whole life—is that God is love, the universe is love, life is about love. It’s not accurate. It’s correct; it’s close enough, but the more precise and accurate definition is: God is Joy. The universe is joy. Life is joy. When you hear 'God is love', what they are really trying to say is 'God is Joy'."
