Preliminary Round Of The Roland V-Drum Competition September 14, 2010

Roland U.S. is looking for the nation’s top drummer with the 2010 V-Drums® Contest. Co-sponsored by DRUM! Magazine, Remo, Drum Workshop, and Blue Man Group, the V-Drums Contest gives drummers the chance to compete at the local, regional, and national levels with solo drum performances on the TD-20SX V-Pro® Series V-Drums, and win professional percussion gear and swag along the way.

Bananas At Large has been selected as one of the 28 preliminary competition locations. The Preliminary Round will be starting at 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 14th, 2010. Come on down and enjoy the area's best drumming talent as the contestants vie for a chance to move on to the next round!

After many hours of compiling and reviewing the hundreds of submissions, Roland has selected the contestants* for the San Rafael Preliminary Round to be held at Bananas At Large:
