pre-natal prana vinyasa flow: embrace your inner goddess & let the belly go with Jodi Darlage
a pregnant woman's challenge is learning to slow down, let go & embrace change in the body as positive and amazingly magnificent. experience doing less and allow the meditative, bhakti yoga space to blossom. we will explore a mindful & creative mandala vinyasa flow practice that embraces your inner shakti. yoginis will learn modifications for the pregnant goddess while instinctively connecting to the new life growing within you. our vinyasa flow will strengthen the legs, open the hips and calm the mind -all to prepare the body for the beauty of birth.
our practice will end with a long & restorative savasana. this workshop is designed for the practicing yogini who wants to learn how to maintain & modify her current practice as a pregnant goddess. in 2008, jodi received additional pre & post- natal teacher training with shiva rea.
