This workshop is every friday from 5 pm to 6 pm.
It si geared towards creating stressfree and a peaceful mind, better breathing and connection between mind,body and soul. We will occasionally include yogic philosophy, and chants from Sanskrit scriptures, Bhagwad gita etc. Perfect for someone looking to deepen their practice or just looking for a relaxed friday evening to release the week's stress and unwind.
