Yet, there are many strategies, though not traditional at all, recommended by numerous practitioners in the market that are also effective to assist you to evaluate and solve some simple problems in your departments to some sophisticated problems in your business. Perhaps, you may want to choose one or two or even several of these strategies for your department or your business. Before you even think of these tools, why not learn from TOYOTA, which do not rely on the computerized tools in problem solving or even applying the Six Sigma techniques.
