This seminar combines the Practical Project Management course work with a workshop on Communications Skills, one of the primary components in the MTM Method. The course work demystifies the life-cycle of a project, focuses on understanding the Project Managers role through that life-cycle. The communication workshop highlights communication challenges during a project, assesses communication styles, and identifies effective communication methods to guide a project to successful completion.
This seminar is suitable for individuals who are in key management positions on projects, whether they are responsible for managing projects, or participating as Sponsors, Beneficiaries, or Suppliers. The seminar parallels the PMI's Project Methodology so that participants can leverage the knowledge, and draw comparisons to their own corporate project methodologies.
