PowerAnimal ~ A Drawing Installation by ZANO June 5, 2009

The old shamans divined animal spirits that were there to guide or protect us. These spirits were depicted as the famillar totems we have all seen; but how would they appear in the 21st century? Post-comics, post-fashion, post-graphic design, post-digital, post bio-engineering, post brand loyalty? Maybe your personal divinity carries an iphone and is funded by PBR. Zano bathroom will be installed in L5P Aurora coffee (June 5th- July1st) exploring these themes via mixed media cartoon drawings.
