Enjoy an energetic flowing class, synchronizing breath with movement, allowing your yoga practice to become a moving meditation. Heat is created in through challenging and vigorous work. Build strength, flexibility and concentration. Vinyasa relieves tension in the body and calms the mind. Each class will include breathwork, meditation, relaxation and thorough instructions on refinement of poses. Students are encouraged to work at their own level. Poses are demonstrated and explained in different stages, in order for the student to find their authentic practice.
Who shall attend? These class is appropriate for active beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Each class is unique. Modified versions of challenging poses will be given. Power yoga will most likely appeal to people who are already quite fit, enjoy exercising, and want a minimal amount of chanting and meditation with their yoga.
What to bring? Wear comfortable clothes and expect to move and sweat. Bring a Mat, Water, a Small towel and tons of Energy!
