Opening to the public on February 12, 2009, the 200th anniversary of Lincoln’s birth. The collection includes paintings and sculptures of Abraham Lincoln and other Civil War-related artifacts owned by private collector, Robert Lang, Wisconsin. The showpiece of the collection is a small writing table, used at the signing of the surrender of Lee’s troops at Appomattox.
