This special class and tasting will provide you with an extensive background on Port and Madeira, the famed fortified wines from Portugal. Learn the differences between white, ruby, tawny and vintage ports. Discover the styles of Madeira such as Sercial, Verdelho, Bual and Malmsey.
We will taste 4 ports and 2 Madeira along with a selection of Portuguese-inspired appetizers. Class taught by Ellen Kirsh Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) and Master Sommelier (IAWS)
