Pop!Tech brings some of the world's most interesting minds and talents to the beautiful seaside village of Camden, Maine, at the height of the fall foliage season
The 2006 program, our 10th, will yet again bring together some extraordinary and provocative thinkers and doers for a three-day discussion of the world's most 'dangerous' and transformational ideas, technologies, and forces of change - not just here but around the world.
The discussion will range from the future of globalization to the use of 'green' technologies in the world's poorest (and richest) countries; from the rise and fall of empires to the future of faith and fundamentalism; from the challenges of stopping the next pandemic to new insights into the neuroscience of human emotions.
