Pollo Tropical Serves Up Two Seasonal Shrimp Dishes for Lent! February 20, 2011

Pollo Tropical is launching two new shrimp dishes just in time for the Lenten season: Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Wrap and Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Salad to be offered at all of its company-owned restaurants for a limited time beginning Feb 21. The new wrap features grilled shrimp, cheddar jack cheese, tomatoes, and chipotle dressing - all finished on the grill press. The new salad features grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, black bean mix, tortilla chips and cheese with a chipotle ranch dressing.
