Pollo Tropical Feeds Volunteers at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival! February 23, 2011

South Florida will be buzzing with the much anticipated and star-studded 2011 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Pollo Tropical® is stepping up to the plate again to keep the hundreds of volunteers and staff fueled with tasty and healthy food during the four-day event. The festival celebrates its 10th anniversary, and will take place from Thursday, February 24, 2011 through Sunday, February 27, 2011.
The festival that brings food and wine lovers nationwide to the shores of South Beach, will feature appearances by some of the Food Network’s best chefs including Paula Deen, Giada De
Laurentiis, Cat Cora, Guy Fieri, Bobby Flay and many more.
Pollo Tropical is donating more than 600 meals throughout the festival featuring its famous citrus-marinated grilled chicken and classic yellow rice with vegetables to volunteers including the Florida International University Student Associate Workers.
