Dr. Herb Asher, Professor Emeritus in The Ohio State University Department of Political Science, has conducted considerable research into political parties, public opinion and voting behavior. Among the questions examined this evening are: What did last November's election indicate about our appetite for political reform? What tactics did those in favor and those opposed to changing the election rules follow? What contributed to their success or failure? What are some examples of past political reform movements in Ohio? How effective were they? What are some areas of reform we might consider in the future?
