This Project Planning course will cover the steps needed to refine projects after initiation. Topics include project plan development, scope planning and scope definition. Further, we will explore several key formulas that are important to project planning, including the time value of money, return on investment, cash flow analysis and initial rate of return. Creation of the work breakdown structure and initial change management planning will be key to this course as well. Many other areas of planning will be covered, as it is the most important section to understand and master on the PMP exam.
