Kartik is currently working as Manager – Global Application Management in Business Solution Consulting practice of Siemens Information Systems Limited. He has got rich experience of 15 years in Business Consulting Solutions for various industry verticals working with Automotive and Retail companies. He has publications in various Journals and Conferences. He has actively involved across various PMI chapter communities and is been recently felicitated by PMI Mumbai Chapter towards his contribution in form of technical articles since years. He has been conferred with silver medal at national level by Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering towards his research work on Customer Satisfaction Index for Voltas Air Conditioners.

Kartik will give insights on driving principles of `Risk Management' in dynamic world.

Sandeep has over 22 years of IT industry experience with last 9 years in Project Management of IT Infrastructure and IT Security domain. He is currently working in IBM as a Project Manager in "ITD-Global Delivery" PM competency.

He will be sharing his experience in handling Virtual Teams.

Due to globalisation handling virtual team has become part and parcel of business growth for all project managers. The points Sandeep will focus on - the challenge in handling virtual team, cultural difference, time management and clear & concise communication.

Virtual teams provide many advantages over traditional teams, including the ability to bridge time and space, and better utilization of distributed human resources without physical relocation of employees.

Virtual teams are more complex than traditional teams because of factors associated with working across time, distance, and organizational boundaries and the need to use technology to communicate and collaborate
