Play a multitude of games that span generations and cultures in this traveling exhibit, developed and designed by The Children's Museum of Memphis. Play King Tut's favorite game of Senet. Challenge a friend to a game of Skittles or Mancala. Play chess on a giant chessboard with huge game pieces. 'Playing Together: Games' is divided into categories of strategy, math, coordination and physical skills, and racing to the finish. The exhibit's goal is to show how throughout history and across cultures, people have invented imaginative ways of playing together through games. As children and adults play games together, they build skills, gain knowledge, learn cooperation, and share memories.
