Plan SB at City Council December 16, 2008

On December 16th, City Council will hear public comment on the recommended updates, provide direction to city staff, and then initiate California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review of the report. Following these hearings, staff will begin preparing the Draft Housing Element and the Draft Land Use Element and map.
