Pittsburgh Symphony: Composing With Words October 17, 2009

Leonard Slatkin conducts a program of works by Mennin, Danielpour and Sibelius, featuring the vocal talents of soprano Angela Brown. In addition, Maya Angelou will tell the story of 'A Woman's Life,' set to Danielpour's composition.
