The GLBT Arts Consortium and the Capitol Hill Workshop present the ever-popular "Pirates of Penzance or the Slave of Duty" of Gilbert and Sullivan" at 7:00 pm on August 8-9 and 15-16 and at 3:00 pm on August 9 and 16. Price: $20, except $10 for the August 9 matinee. The show is directed by Jill Strachan and Alvin Mayes, who also choreographed, and musical direction is by Barbara Schelstrate.
