The culinary journey starts with a choice of lobster chowder or a veggie-stuffed chile relleno. Choice of salad offerings include the Piñon Grill house salad with piñon nuts, tomatoes and cucumbers tossed with herb vinaigrette; or a portabella mushroom salad with roasted corn and peppers.
The delectable entree offerings include chicken scaloppini with white wine sauce and baby green beans; shrimp pomodoro with tomatoes, white wine garlic sauce and broccolini; and seared Red Mountain trout served with a lemon thyme vinaigrette and sautéed asparagus.
Scrumptious desserts feature a choice of mahogany torte comprised of a dark chocolate cake with butter cream and chocolate ganache or fresh raspberry compote.
Piñon Grill features Sonoran contemporary cuisine served in a relaxing and intimate atmosphere surrounded by Camelback Lake, golf course vistas and the McDowell Mountains. The lakeside terrace offers enchanting views and reflections of spectacular sunsets.
Served in a picturesque lakeside dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows featuring a panoramic patio, Piñon Grill dinner hours are 5 to 10 p.m. daily.
