Piñon Grill Hosts Brewmaster Dinner with Grand Canyon Brewery March 16 March 16, 2011

Piñon Grill at Millennium Resort Scottsdale is hosting a four-course craft beer Brewmaster Dinner at 7:30 p.m. on March 16 for $42 per person, featuring Grand Canyon Brewery.
The culinary journey begins with a reception at 7 p.m. featuring passed hors d'oeuvres and select craft brews. Diners will enjoy a variety of beers during dinner, bringing added flavor to the meal, starting with "Nawlins"-style shrimp with zippy spices and toasted sourdough bread paired with Horseshoe Bend Pale Ale.
The second course features a strawberry salad with mint-infused strawberries and cinnamon toasted hazelnuts paired with American Pilsner. The third course offers citrus-glazed Muscovy duck with Sonoran potatoes and spaghetti squash paired with Sunset Amber Ale.
Dessert features chocolate jalapeno cheese cake with sour cherry raisin compote paired with Raspberry Wheat.
