Enjoy a mat Pilates class on the beach, every Friday morning from 9 to 10am. Bring your mat, towel and water. Build a long lean, balanced body while you watch the sun come up to the sounds of the ocean surf.
Prepay online $10 fee or pay for 5 classes and get the six class free. Arrive 20 minutes before start time for orientation.
