A great pie or tart starts with a great crust and that is the hardest part to making this fabulous dessert. In this class we start with the best flaky dough recipe and make Fresh Berry Pie, Peanut Butter Tart, Chocolate Derby Pie with Macadamia Nuts, Mom's Famous Cherry Pie, Chocolate-Crusted Banana Cream Pie with Macadamia Nuts, Apple Pie with Cheddar Cheese Crust, and Mango Tart with Ginger Cream. They look as good as they taste and you will have everyone clamoring for more with some ice cream
