Photography Workshop- Creating a Photographer's Artist Book October 6, 2007

In this workshop photographers will learn how to use their photographs and other photo-based media to create compelling visual narratives in the form of hand-bound, limited-edition artist books. During the workshop, five basic book structures will be covered: One Page Fold Book, Pamphlet Sewing, Accordion, Concertina, and Japanese Stab Binding. In learning these structures, students will understand the fundamental techniques necessary to create their own artist books.
