Join us as we travel back to the turn of the century in the life of H. Winslow Fegley, a commercial photographer who documented the lives of area, Pennsylvania Germans. The exhibit, By the Sweat of Their Brow, features Fegley's documentary photographs of men and women at work in the local landscape. We'll travel throughout the countryside, documenting many of the sites he photographed a century ago. Includes a visit to Bauman's Fruit Farm and a pick-your-own strawberry patch; Huff's Church, Schwenkfelder meeting houses and more.
You may bring your own digital camera. A disposable camera will be provided for you. Cost includes the development of 36 3X5 or 4X6 prints, one disposable camera, transportation and entrance fees for sites. No photography experience required.
