PHILOSOPHY OF KUNDALINI MEDITATION

Four Week Course in Philosophy with Guided Meditation

This course introduces you to the basic theory, texts and traditions
of kundalini meditation and the philosophical system of Kashmir Shaivism.

Do you want to know what distinguishes Veda from Tantra? The characteristics of Tantra? The relationship of Trika Yoga to Kashmir Shaivism? What it means to experience liberation and how we achieve it? How to understand the subtle process underlying all creation? This course will answer these questions and more.

What we'll cover:

Week 1: The evolution of tantrism
Week 2: The core teachings of Kashmir Shaivism
Week 3: The nature of consciousness
Week 4: Strategies for spiritual practice

If you're a new student, this is a great overview and introduction to the ancient roots of our practice.
If you're an experienced student, you'll refine your understanding of the insights of the Shaiva masters. You'll have the opportunity to apply immediately in your practice the philosophical principles you've learned each week.
