'Philly Rising' is World Cafe Live's weekly Open Stage hosted by Bruce Torres at Upstairs Live every Monday. Each week, the evening's standout performer is chosen by a panel that includes Bruce, the WCL staff on duty, and a representative from sponsors and Discmakers. Each week's top performer is invited back on a Sunday of the following month, when the four weekly winners have a chance to perform a full set at 'Cream: The Best of Philly Rising!'
