Mike Woolf studied tuba with Ron Munson and holds a computer science degree from the University of Washington. He performs with the Washington Wind Symphony, the Smilin Scandinavians (a polka band), Italico Brass and other local classical and jazz groups. He has also performed in a variety of radio/television shows and recordings, including the sound tracks to the movie Arlington Road and the video game Medal of Honor. When not playing music or writing software, he can often be found somewhere in a kayak.
