Philadelphia Alliance Annual Breakfast: Focusing on Resilience October 17, 2008

Since 1984, The Philadelphia Alliance has sponsored an Annual Breakfast each fall. Attendees have included state legislators, City Council members, Executive branch officials from the Commonwealth and executives and staff of state, county and city mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse divisions, as well as providers, advocates and service recipients. This annual event allows government decision-makers and funding source managers to hear first-hand about issues of mutual concern - together with a broad array of stakeholders. This year's Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Margaret Beale Spencer, of the University of Pennsylvnia. The Board of Directors of The Philadelphia Alliance will honor Ronald Cuie.
