Phil Roy's Circus of Friends New Year's Eve Extravaganza December 31, 2009

Phil Roy's songs have been recorded by such diverse artists as the late "Pops" Staples, LA Guns and Widespread Panic. The Philadelphia native has three CDs, 'Carerra,' 'World Citizens' and the recent 'Grouchyfriendly.' Tonight, he's joined on stage by other local musicians to celebrate the imminent new year.
