Phil Minnesale was dubbed the "Long Island Blues Boy" in 2006 when he arrived on the Long Island music scene at the age of eighteen. Combining contemporary songwriting with the traditional finger styling of the blues masters, his nostalgic sound is a warm reminder of the Greenwich Village acoustic scene of the early '60s.
