Phil Dixon, widely regarded as one of America's foremost experts on baseball history, will be speaking about his experiences researching for his series of books on the Negro Leagues and sign copies of his latest book, 'Phil Dixon's American Baseball Chronicles, Volume III: The 1905 Philadephia Giants.'
