Venue: Main Lecture Theatre, London College of Communication.
The talk will give an overview of cover design at Penguin Books from their founding in 1935 to the present. It's a partial history because he won't cover all of it, and it's partial because it's the things he likes. Phil Baines is a freelance graphic designer, writer, and Professor of Typography at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.

I wish I'd seen this a bit sooner! Oh well.. looks like there are some interesting lectures coming up in the new year that I should try and get to.
