Phi Beta Sigma Southeastern Regional Conference March 30, 2006

Greetings Brothers:

The time has come for us to gather once again for our Regional Conference.

We look forward to you joining us at the 2006 Regional Conference in Charleston, SC. Please be aware that our Regional Conference will start on Friday this year. Please adjust your schedule to accommodate you being at the conference on Friday.

The registration form and packet provides information that will assist you in registration and planning for the 2006 Regional Conference. The conference has been planned with Colligates and Alumni in mind. There will be workshops geared on various subjects that will assist our collegiates in enhancing their chapters as well as discussions of important issues that relate to Chapter Management, Driving Membership in Chapters, Certification, Business, Networking, Technology, Finance and the very popular Collegiate Roundtable. In the spirit of Brotherhood, we are also requesting that Alumni Brothers contribute to the Regional Suit Drive. Our Sigma Betas will hold their session on Saturday. There will be a schedule of activities for our guest. After attending these workshops, Brothers should be equipped to take their chapters to higher heights.

In order for these events to be successful, we've got to have Chapter participation. Please fill out the attached forms on those events and send back to me by the designated dates.

Early registration is both a time saver and less expensive, therefore it is recommended that all who plan to attend the Regional Conference register early so that the Region can have an approximate number of Brothers participating. The expiration dates will be enforced.

The room rates are $99.00 single to double. Please make your reservations early to secure your room at this great rate.
