Phantom of the Old Opera October 6, 2012

The Old Opera House in Denville has been vacant for a quarter of a century. It was 25 years ago when a group of actors were staging The Phantom of the Opera. At the climax of the play the 'hero' supposedly shoots the phantom. But on this occasion the prop gun was loaded with real bullets and the Phantom (rather the actor playing the role) was accidentally murdered. The building was closed and as the years passed, strange sights and sounds quickly let to the theory that the old building was haunted...by the ghost of the murdered phantom.
