Philadelphia School of Circus Arts (PSCA) presents breathtaking aerials, mesmerizing sideshow and gravity-defying tightwire during, “Phantastical Phanatical: A Philly Circus Cabaret,” on Friday, November 18, 2011, at 5900A Greene Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144. PSCA's annual faculty show will feature seasoned circus artists performing trapeze, doubles trapeze, silks, acrobatics, corde lisse (aerial rope), juggling, unicycling, comedy, diablo and tightwire. International magician and comic Francis Menotti will serve as the emcee for the show. Tickets for the 7:00pm family-friendly show are $15/adult and $10/child. Tickets for 10:00pm adult show (21 and up) are $25/adult, which includes a glass of wine. “The circus arts movement in the Philadelphia region has been growing tremendously over the past few years. ‘Phantastical Phanatical’ showcases Philadelphia’s top performers who are part of shaping that movement,” said PSCA’s Managing Director Robin Marcotte. “This year, we are especially excited to welcome several performers who will make their PSCA debut, including Meg Skill (trapeze/ lyra), the Zimbi Sisters (doubles trapeze) and Francis Menotti (magic and comedy)."
The line-up for the 90 minute show will include:

* Erica Saben & Anthony Ruiz – Acro Duo

* Jackie Zalewski – Silks (10:00pm show only)
* Zimbi Sisters (Disa Carneol and Sora Sol) – Doubles Trapeze
International magician and comic Francis Menotti will serve as the emcee for the show. Menotti captivates and charms audiences with original and unforgettable magic. A full time professional since 2000, his career has brought him all across the U.S., to Paris, London, and Stockholm, Sweden. He is a frequent performer at New York’s longest running magic show, Monday Night Magic. Menotti leaves audiences with lasting memories of not just stunning magic, but uniquely tailored presentations. Whether headlining for conventions onstage in Las Vegas, or strolling close-up for hospitality suites, he artfully blends his experience in stand-up comedy, his education in psychology, and over 25 years practicing sleight-of-hand.
