The DownUnder Coffeehouse opens its 5th year of acoustic music on Saturday, October 18 at 7:30pm. The show will feature the Peter King (http://www.peterkingmusic.com/), guitar and vocals, with Marc Reisman, harmonica. Peter has a unique style of blues and jazz that is both intricate and easy-going at the same time. He will be featuring songs from his recent CD, On the Road to Ubatuba, along with his upcoming CD, Dancing on a Long Leash.

Opening the concert will be Robert Wagner, with his very personal songs, written much in the spirit of John Prine or Bob Dylan, but with a decidedly Pittsburgh edge, and Hannah Bingman, who combines strong songwriting with incredible guitar licks that are captivating from the opening strum.

The show starts at 7:30 pm and the suggested donation is $5.00. The DownUnder Coffeehouse is located in the basement of Allegheny UU Church in the Mexican War Street neighborhood at 416 West North Ave. Coffee, tea and deserts will be available during the show.
